End-User License Agreement for Koala 2.1 Beta Versions
As part of our on-going development, we are providing free beta-version downloads for testing and evaluation. Your use of this
software is subject to the terms and conditions as set out here and as may be amended from time to time by ShapeshifteR. By
downloading, installing or using this software, you confirm that you have understood and agree to be bound by all of these
terms and conditions. If you cannot - or do not have the authority to - agree to the terms of this agreement, you should not
download, install or use the program.

Koala is the copyrighted property of ShapeshifteR and David Carron. The copyright and
all other intellectual property rights in the download including all text, graphics, photos, code, files and links belong
to ShapeshifteR and may not be reproduced, transmitted or stored in whole or in part without ShapeshifteR’s prior written consent.

beta versions may contain known issues or bugs. There is no warranty for koala, to the extent permitted by applicable
law. Except when otherwise stated in writing the copyright holders and/or other parties provide the program “as is”

The beta testing programme is open to all users, private or commercial. However, beta versions must not be
redistributed in any form or put to any form of commercial use including, but not restricted to, the use of generated images.

Beta versions display a small watermark and copyright text. You may not circumvent or attempt to circumvent the
watermark display, or remove it from any images you generate.

Beta versions have a built-in expiry date. Beta testers may download the updated versions with an extended expiry date
from this website. You may not circumvent or attempt to circumvent the expiry mechanism.
Download Koala 2.1 Beta 5
Koala relies on standard Qt 4.5 which is included in the
complete installation, and may also be download separately as either binary or source. If you already have Qt 4.5
installed on your computer, you may prefer to download the minimal installation.
The minimal requirements for running koala are an OpenGL 2.0 compatible video card and drivers, PC with
300 megahertz or higher processor clock speed recommended; 233 MHz minimum required (single or dual
processor system); Intel Pentium/Celeron family, or AMD K6/Athlon/Duron family, or compatible processor
recommended. 128 megabytes (MB) of RAM or higher recommended (64 MB minimum supported; may limit performance
and some features).
